For me, this list is aspirational. I've read Mirowski and the Weintraub-edited book. I've just checked the Erickson book out of a library.
- S. M. Amadae (2016). Prisoners of Reason: Game Theory and Neoliberal Political Economy, Cambridge University Press.
- E. Roy Weintraub (editor) (1995). Toward a History of Game Theory, Duke University Press.

I've asked the library to buy Ericsson's book, and have it on my pile. Have not read yet. Not much in terms of critique of game theory within heterodox ranks.
